These eligible Fred Hutch-employed APPs are encouraged to vote in the upcoming union election to determine whether they want the Union of American Physicians and Dentists (UAPD) to be their voice in the workplace or if they want to keep their current relationship with Fred Hutch.
Who is eligible?
All full-time, regular part-time and per-diem Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants (collectively “APPs”) employed by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and working at designated locations.
EXCEPT for the following, who are ineligible under the agreement:
APP Fellows, APPs holding Medical Director positions, APPs utilized and deployed outside of the FHCC APP Program (including VIDD APPs, ID APPs, Psychiatry APPs, Intake APPs, Transfusion Services APPs and Public Health Science Division APPs), nonprofessional employees, and all other employees.

If you are a Fred Hutch-employed APP who is eligible to vote, Fred Hutch will email you. If you haven’t received a confirming email by end of day on Friday June 12, 2026, that means you are not on the list of eligible voters.
