According to recent financial filings from the UAPD, the union would likely take $477 each year PLUS 0.9% of your yearly earnings. That means, on average, you could be paying nearly $1,962 per year in union dues, and $5,886 over the course of a three-year contract.¹

Given the size of the APP community, the UAPD stands to gain nearly $294,300 per year from Fred Hutch APPs, which is $822,900 over the course of a three-year contract.

The UAPD collected $9.3 million dollars in total dues from 2024-2025. Less than 1/3 was spent on representation for their members, while the rest went toward political activities and lobbying, overhead expenses and payroll for UAPD employees.²
